Purpose
This website presents The Underground and the artists we work with, sells our editions through an online store, and gives you a way to contact us.
Sales
Payments are processed by Stripe, through its secure payment fields on our checkout page, or with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. We never see or store your card details. The price, shipping cost and delivery estimate are shown before you pay.
Orders are sent from Mallorca, Spain, by tracked post or courier (usually Correos or UPS). Shipping is charged once per order, depends on the delivery address, and is shown before you pay. For US orders, the shipping charge includes the US import duty and customs fee, which we pay in advance. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, it includes the export customs form, and the buyer pays the local import tax (IGIC or IPSI) on delivery. Other countries outside the EU may charge import taxes or duties on delivery, and these are paid by the buyer.
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email soren@symetrixlabs.com to let us know. We refund the purchase price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of your email, and may wait until the item is back with us before refunding. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. If you buy as a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
