Legal basis

We process waitlist data based on your consent. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

Where data is processed

• Waitlist form submissions are collected via Tally and saved in Google Sheets.
• The website is hosted on Vercel, which may process basic technical logs.
• Tally stores waitlist data in the EU and does not transfer it outside the EU.

Retention

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it.

Age requirement

The waitlist is intended for people aged 18+.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with Spain’s supervisory authority (AEPD).
